Scrambled eggs with spinach
Spinach: 1 packet of frozen or fresh 300g
Mozzarella cheese 1 cup shredded
Parmesan: 1/4 cup grated
Cheddar cheese: 1/4 cup grated
Egg: 4
Milk: 1/2 cup

Cream: 1/2 cup
Onion: 1 medium chopped
Olive oil: 1 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Garlic: 1 clove, crushed
Sunflower seeds 1 tbsp
Nutmeg: 1/4 teaspoon
Salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 180 C.
In a pan put olive oil and butter, and put out the onions and garlic until soft. Add spinach and cook for 10 minutes more.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and cream.
Sprinkle with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Add spinach, sunflower seeds, mozzarella and Parmesan and mix.
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Let omelet after stand up to be ready within 10 minutes and cooled.
This omelette to eat warm.
If you are using zamorozh�nny spinach, then defrost it in the microwave and pour all the liquid, which can squeeze.
