Ingredients:

250 g spinach

2 PCs rolls yesterday

1/2 glass milk - 1

1 onion - head

1 garlic - clove

2 PCs eggs

2 tbsp. bread crumbs

1/4 tsp. nutmeg powder

ground black pepper , salt to taste

The rolls cut off the crust, crumb, cut into cubes and soak in milk.

Onions and garlic cut into cubes, fry in butter.

Spinach cut into strips and scald.

Buns connect with egg yolks, spinach, onion, garlic, add the nutmeg, salt, pepper and mix. Enter whipped egg whites. The resulting mass is put into a greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs form.

Bake for 30 minutes at 150 ?C.

Before serving, cut the pudding into portions having greens.
