Pancake cake with spinach
450 g spinach
200 g cheese
10 cherry tomatoes
2 eggs
1 onions
1 garlic clove
1,5 glass milk

1 tsp. baking powder
grated nutmeg
black pepper
salt
Knead the dough from flour, milk, eggs, salt, and baking powder, leave for 20 minutes
Cut the cheese into small cubes, cut into 4 pieces tomatoes.
Finely chop garlic and onions, fry them in butter for 10 minutes, add the spinach, cook for another 15-20 minutes, then add the nutmeg, pepper and salt, add the cheese, half of the chopped tomatoes.
Bake 4 pancake on the remaining oil.
Put the pancakes on a plate, Prokaeva spinach filling.
Decorate the pancake cake with spinach greens and tomato quarters.
