Buckwheat pancakes with crab meat and spinach
300 ml milk

125 g frozen spinach
115 g buckwheat flour
1 beaten egg
2 h. l. vegetable oil
Filling:
350 g crabmeat
2 Art. l. natural yoghurt
2 Art. l. chopped coriander
1 Art. l. mayonnaise
1 h. l. curry powder
Garnish:
lettuce
lemon
Thaw spinach, dry, cut.
Sift the flour into the middle of the recess to drive the egg, pour the milk and gradually add the spinach, half an hour to leave the dough.
Combine all the ingredients for the filling except coriander, stir, cover, set aside.
Prepare the dough 8 pancakes, put them on each other, shifting with baking paper.
