Pancakes with spinach
500 g fresh spinach
150 g flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
150 ml plain yogurt
1 onions
1 egg
2 Art. l. olive oil
coriander and tarragon (to taste)
pepper
salt
Wash the spinach and cut its stems, put in boiling water, bring to a boil and immediately get it, let cool, dry.
Finely chop the onion, put in a pan with hot olive oil, pepper and salt and fry for 2-3 minutes, lower the fire, put the spinach, stirring, fry for 2-3 minutes.
Remove spinach with onions from heat, drive an egg, add flour, pepper and salt and mix until smooth.
Chopped coriander and tarragon, stir with salted yogurt.
Cook pancakes with spinach, scooping the dough with a spoon, deep-fried, get, lay on a paper towel so that it absorbed the excess fat and serve with cooked yogurt sauce hot.
