Broth and burgers
1 l broth
4 round or oblong stale buns
For the filling I:
4 small tomatoes
100 g ham
sausage or canned
100 g cheese
100 g butter or margarine
salt
For the filling II:
200 g spinach
50 g oils
nutmeg
4 eggs
50 g bacon
From stale buns delete grated crust, cut a "cap", remove the crumb and the inner walls oiled. From the middle of the strong pull tomatoes, tomatoes filled with a mass of chopped ham, sardines or sausage, tomatoes spread out on the rolls, buns put on a baking sheet, cover each bun slice of cheese and a slice of butter. Bake in a hot oven. When melted cheese on a bun, remove the pan from the oven and serve rolls to the broth.
If you use the stuffing II, spinach must be put out with the fat, add the nutmeg and salt. In the middle of each bun put 1 tbsp. spoon mass spinach and carefully pour on raw egg. Instead of whole egg can pour the beaten eggs, put a slice of bacon and bake.
