Bread rolls with strawberries and cream
100 g softened cream cheese
6 tbsp. 1/4 Cup + . sugar
1 egg yolk
10 slices soft white bread without crusts
1,5 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
0,5 glass cream
1 glass slices of fresh strawberries
In small bowl, whisk together the cheese, 1/4 Cup sugar and egg yolks until smooth mass. Spread 1 tbsp. of mass on each slice of bread. Roll the slices of bread in the form of rolls. In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and remaining sugar. Brush the rolls with butter; sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar.
Seam down put the rolls on a greased baking sheet. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180C for 10-12 minutes or until the rolls will not get a light brown color. Serve with whipped cream and strawberries.
