Pies with cheese and spinach puff
500 g puff pastry
250 g Adyghe cheese
150 g fresh spinach
1 egg
1 leeks
1 tbsp. sour cream
1 a bunch of green onions
pepper
salt
Both types of onions chopped, salt, wash and chop the spinach, diced cut the cheese, stir, filled with sour cream.
Separate the egg white from the yolk, protein add the stuffing, mix well, the yolk to combine with a small amount of water.
Roll out the dough, cut into squares, brush with egg yolk on the perimeter, put the filling, turn the squares to make the triangles, it is good to sumipntg edge, then fold the sharp edges together and sumipntg (as in the preparation of dumplings).
Sheet for baking lay parchment, put the patties and coat them on top of the yolk.
Bake pies with cheese and spinach puff pastry in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes
