Pies with meat and cheese
250 g ready puff pastry
300 g minced meat (preferably veal)
100 g hard cheese
a small bunch of dill
1 egg
1 yolk for lubrication test

1. Minced meat to put in a bowl, drive a raw egg, salt and pepper and mix well.
2. Cheese cut into cubes or strips and put in a bowl with the minced meat. There also add chopped dill. Stir.
3. Puff pastry roll into a rectangular layer of grease and egg yolk. Cut the dough into equal squares.
4. On the test squares to distribute the finished stuffing and pies dazzle. Lay them on a baking sheet, oiled, greased top products yolk. Bake cakes in the oven preheated to 200 � C for 15-20 minutes.
