Puff pastry with cabbage
For the dough:
400 g flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
150 ml vegetable oil
150 ml warm water
1 h. l. salt
For the filling:
200 g savoy cabbage
2 eggs
1 onions
1-2 Art. l. vegetable oil
pepper
salt
For lubricating:
20 g butter
milk and yolk
Mix all ingredients for the dough, knead a smooth dough, cover with foil and leave for half an hour.
Onions clean, fry in vegetable oil, add the shredded cabbage and fry until browned, pour in the eggs, whipped with pepper and salt, until cooked all put out, let cool.
Divide dough into 20 pieces, roll each into a thin square of about 15 cm, lay in the center and 1 tablespoon filling, fold the squares letter envelopes.

Cook puff pastry with cabbage for about 20 minutes in a preheated 200 degree oven before serving coat with butter.
