The pie with cabbage puff pastry
1 kg prepared puff pastry
1 kg cabbage
3 boiled eggs
1 raw egg
3-4 tbsp. margarine
salt
Cabbage cut into small pieces, boil for 5-7 minutes, drain, allow to cool, add salt and combine with the chopped eggs and margarine and mix.
Roll out the dough layer of about 0.5 cm along the length of the sheet for baking, put on the toppings slide, sumipntg edge, put on water-soaked leaf down the seam.
Grease pie with cabbage puff pastry beaten egg, in several places prick with a fork, cook at 250 degrees until ready to test.
