Appetizer with cheese and beets for the New year

50 g grated cheese

1 beets large

1 clove garlic

1/2 packaging cheese "Philadelphia"

2 tbsp. mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show

Combine cream cheese with passed through garlic press, add mayonnaise and grated cheese, stir until smooth.

Thinly slice the beets, put them on top of each other and trim the edges of the circles to get the same triangles.

Lubricate the triangles beets cooked stuffing and put each other to the desired height.

Served appetizer with cheese and beets for the New year: the triangles need to be laid out on a flat dish, arrange greens, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
