Appetizer of beet fish-cheese mousse
100 g cheese (Alterman/Gouda)
100 g fish salted red
100 g processed cheese
70 g mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show
20 g dill/parsley
4 medium-sized beets
1 clove garlic
red pepper
Beets are washed, put in a saucepan, cover with water, until ready to boil, then allow to cool, clean, mugs chop.
RUB cheese, add, passed through a garlic press and mix.
