Pizza with turkey
For the dough:
200 g flour

0.5 h. l. salt
10 g yeast
0.5 glass warm water
0.5 h. l. sugar
1 Art. l. vegetable oil
For the filling:
600 g pureed tomatoes
1 Art. l. marjoram
salt, ground black and red pepper
1 pod pepper
1 on the bank of canned red beans and maize
150 g sheep cheese
600 g turkey breast
1 Art. l. vegetable oil
50 g grated cheese Chester
Knead the dough on a sourdough yeast, roll out the layer thickness of 5 mm and place on a baking sheet. Stir in pureed tomatoes with spices, add a little oil in a pan and heat up. Cut the peppers and mix with beans and corn. Add diced goat cheese. Turkey meat cut into small pieces and fry in butter, season with salt. Share on dough tomatoes, then the meat and vegetables.
