The dough (you need 500 g test):

175 g flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show

150 ml warm water

1 tbsp. vegetable oil

? tbsp. salt

1 tsp. dry yeast

Filling:

400 g mushrooms



2 tomato

2 glass grated cheese

1 sweet red pepper

1 sweet green pepper

1 sweet yellow pepper

1 onions

1 tsp. dried herbs for pizza

vegetable oil

black pepper

salt

In a heated bowl, mix the flour with the yeast and salt, gradually pour in the warm water, then oil, using your hands knead the dough, put on a dusted flour surface, knead, leave on for 10 minutes

Put the dough in a bowl greased with oil, cover with cling film and leave in a warm place for 45 minutes to increase the volume by half, put on a work surface with flour, promisit another 2-3 minutes, roll out the dough into a circle.

Peppers are cleaned, cut into thin strips, finely chop the onion and mushrooms, circles - tomatoes.

Saute pepper and onion in hot vegetable oil (1 tbsp) in a pan until Golden brown, add the mushrooms, salt, pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, fry until Golden.

Put the dough on the sheet, sprinkle with grated cheese to put on top of fried mix vegetables, sprinkle with herbs and pepper.

Baked pizza with sweet peppers and mushrooms until Golden brown, about 20-25 minutes at medium heat in preheated oven.
