Mushroom calzone (pie-pizza)
900 g for pizza dough
1 egg
2 tbsp. olive oil
Filling:
300 g grated hard cheese
300 g Ukrainian sausage

180 g mushrooms
6-8 tomatoes
2 sweet red pepper
1 onions
2 tbsp. chopped dill and parsley
Cut into strips prepared peppers and sausage, tomatoes cut into circles, the mushrooms into slices, chop the onion.
Egg combine with 1 tbsp water, whisking.
Roll out the dough seam, lay on a baking tray greased with oil, put half of the dough onion, pepper, parsley, mushrooms, tomatoes, sausage, cheese, brush the pastry edges with beaten egg, cover the dough with filling the second half of the test, connect and sumipntg edges, brush the entire surface of the mushroom calzone beaten egg, to make the punctures on the test.
Baked mushroom calzone at 200 degrees until Golden brown.
