Children casserole with minced meat and potatoes
50 g stewed with onion stuffing
1 potato tuber
1.5 Art. l. hot milk
1/5 raw egg
butter
sour cream
Boil the potatoes until tender, rub, add hot milk, one-fifth of whipped raw eggs, salt and mix well.
Form for baking grease, put half of the potato pulp, then a layer of minced meat with onion and top layer of potatoes again.
Before baking casserole children with minced meat and potatoes leveled, smeared with sour cream and bake for 20 minutes.
