Casserole with meat and potatoes

Ingredients:

200 g minced meat

1 onions - head

200 g cauliflower

200 g broccoli

3 pcs. potato

2 Art. l. olive oil

1 glass thick cream

2 Art. l. breadcrumbs

cumin seeds to taste

ground black pepper, salt to taste

Minced fry in oil.

Finely chop the onion, connect with minced meat.

Cauliflower and broccoli into florets disassemble. Potatoes cut into cubes.

Vegetables simmered.

Cream connect with cumin, salt and pepper.

In form, greased, put layers of vegetables and beef, pour cream and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180-200 � C.

When serving sprinkle with chopped herbs casserole.
