Casserole rice with minced meat
Ingredients:
200 g rice boiled
1 pcs. carrot
1 onions - head
200 g minced meat
150 g grated hard cheese
2 Art. l. tomato sauce
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Grate carrots, saute in butter with chopped onion. Add the minced meat, fry it for 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
In form, greased, put the rice, then stuffing, sprinkle with cheese and bake until golden brown.
When submitting a casserole lay out of the mold, cut into portions and pour the tomato sauce.
