Ingredients:

250 g beef tenderloin

300 g minced meat

100 g rice

2 onions - head

3 Art. l. olive oil

1 Art. l. Pine nuts peeled

1 Art. l. chopped parsley

Salt - to taste

1. Boil the rice, then fold in a colander.

Onions cut into cubes.

2. Separately, fry in oil cut, onions and pine nuts.

3. To add the minced meat browned onion, chopped herbs, pepper, salt, egg and cooked rice and stir.
