Casserole with salted herring
Ingredients:
600 g salted herring fillets
600 g potato
1 onions - head
2 pcs. eggs
1 glass milk

100 g grated hard cheese
Salt to taste
Potatoes cut into thin slices, chop the onion.
In form, greased, put layers of potatoes, onions and fish.
Whisk eggs with milk, salt.
The resulting mixture pour vegetables with fish, sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 40 minutes at 200 � C.
