Potato casserole with meatballs
Ingredients:
600 g boiled potatoes
300 g Frozen vegetables mix
300 g meat meatballs
1 onions - head
1 pcs. leek
1 garlic - clove
4 pcs. eggs
2 glass milk

ground black pepper, salt to taste
200 g beef
1 stale white bread - slice
2 Art. l. milk
Thin layer on a baking sheet lay frozen vegetables, salt them and pepper.
For meatballs meat mince with a pre-soaked in milk with bread. Mass whisk, salt, pepper and sformuyte of her balls.
Place meatballs on top, between the chopped onions, leeks and garlic.
Potato slice, put in the form of meatballs on top, pour a mixture of eggs and milk, sprinkle with seasoning for potatoes.
Bake 35 minutes at 200 C.
