Swedish meatballs

500 g minced

1 onions

1 the potato tuber

1 egg yolk

? pickled beets

4 tbsp. bread crumbs

4 tbsp. milk

2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Combine mince, egg yolk and milk, whisking until smooth.

Chop onions and fry potatoes to grate, beets finely chop, add all the minced meat, salt and stir.

The resulting mass is molded patties, breaded cutlets in breadcrumbs.

Each Patty fry on both sides until Golden brown, then put the meatballs on a baking sheet and warm.

Submit Swedish meatballs with pickled cucumbers and boiled potatoes.
