Cutlets "Kindergarten"
300 g pig-beef
50-100 g white and black bread
1 small potato tuber
? onions
3 Art. l. breadcrumbs
milk
vegetable fat
salt
The same amount of beef and pork mince twice to twist together in a meat grinder, scroll as onions and potatoes.
Cut off the crusts of bread, pour the pulp milk.
Combine ground beef, potatoes, bread and onions, salt and mix well to repel.
In a separate bowl pour the bread crumbs.
Share minced and molded patties, breaded them in bread crumbs, fry in a pan with hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
Served meatballs "Kindergarten" with sauce of carrots, flour and broth.
