Veal cutlets with broccoli
400 g pulp veal
400 g frozen broccoli
1 potato tuber
1 onions
2 slices stale white bread
5 sprigs of parsley
4 Art. l. ghee
white pepper
ground black pepper
salt
Wash the veal and chop it into small pieces.
Clean the potatoes and onions and cut into 4 pieces. Onions, meat and potatoes mince.
Finely chop the herbs and add the minced meat, pepper two types of pepper and stir for 2 minutes. Then soak the stuffing under cling film or a lid for 10 minutes.
Crush into crumbs of stale bread.
Add the minced pre-cooled 100 ml of water, mix well.
Sformuyte of minced meat patties, zapaniruyte them in bread crumbs and fry in a frying pan well lubricated part of the melted butter. Saute over medium heat and cover the pan with a lid.
Pour broccoli boiling water, bring to a boil, add salt. Cook for 5 minutes under the lid, fold in a colander, let drain water. Then again put the cabbage in the pan before serving.
Ready cutlets garnish broccoli and season it with melted butter.
