Meatballs with sausage and cheese
500 g minced pork and beef
200 g grated sausage cheese
1 egg
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
pickled vegetables, parsley for decoration
black pepper
salt
Combine mince, cheese, egg, pepper and salt, mix well.
Divide the mass into 7 parts, molded from each cutlet.
Fry the patties until Golden brown in vegetable oil, then in the oven to bring to readiness.
Place in a dish the cutlets, garnish mashed potatoes, make pickled vegetables and parsley.
