Meatballs with sausage and cheese
500 g minced beef and pork
200 g grated sausage cheese
1 egg
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
black pepper
salt
Thoroughly mix all ingredients except oil, to divide the mass into 7 parts, molded from each meatball.
Fry the patties in vegetable oil on both sides and ready to bring in the oven.
Lay the cutlets with sausage and cheese on a dish, garnish with parsley, garnish can mashed potatoes.
