Braised potatoes with meatballs
200 g flesh beef
16 potato tubers
1 carrot
1 onions
6 Art. l. sour cream
4 Art. l. vegetable oil
4 Art. l. chopped dill
ground black pepper
salt
Skip the meat through a meat grinder, add pepper and salt, stir to cut on the meatballs and fry the meatballs on the part of the oil.
Finely chop the onion and carrot, fry in butter.
Slice the potatoes plastics, put in a ceramic bowl, add the meatballs, carrots and onions, salt and pepper, pour all sour cream, simmer for half an hour in the oven.
Before serving, sprinkle the potatoes with meatballs braised greens.
