Meatballs with tomato sauce
100 g beef
1 a slice of white bread
1 egg
1 onions
1 tomato
1 carrot
1 Art. l. flour
1 h. l. semolina parsley

Twist meat grinder, combine with pre-soaked in water, bread, chopped onion and parsley, beaten egg.
Formed into meatballs, cook them in boiling water.
Preparation of sauce: Grate the carrots, onions remaining finely chopped, put out by adding the butter and a little water until tender, then add the chopped tomatoes, boiled mass.
Lower the meatballs to the sauce, add water, boil, fry the flour on a dry frying pan and add the meatballs to the end of quenching.
Before serving, sprinkle with meatballs in tomato sauce with parsley.
