Meatballs in barbecue sauce
2 glass ketchup
0.5 glass water
0.5 glass white wine vinegar
0.5 glass honey
2 Art. l. Worcestershire sauce
1 Art. l. onion powder (or 3 tablespoons chopped onion)
1/4 h. l. ground pepper
A pinch of garlic powder
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1 kg ready-made meatballs
Combine all ingredients except meatballs, bring them to a boil. Reduce heat, cook with the lid open for 15 minutes. Dip meatballs in the sauce, warm.
