Meatballs in marinara sauce
450 g minced pork
4 Art. l. dried breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 Art. l. chopped onion
1/4 h. l. salt
a drop of hot pepper sauce
800 g marinara sauce
340 g horns or spirals
Ground pork connect with bread crumbs, egg, onion, salt and a bit of pepper sauce. Sformuyte round meatballs the size of 2.5 cm in diameter. Fry over medium heat in a little oil on all sides until golden brown. In a small skillet, heat the marinara sauce, meatballs, lower back, cook at the boil for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot with horns.
