For the sauce:

1/4 glass flour

For meatballs:

450 g beef

1 egg

0,5 glass bread crumbs

0,5 glass grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp. chopped fresh oregano

1/4 glass chopped onion

salt, freshly ground black pepper to taste

pinch of Cayenne pepper

6 cloves garlic, cut in half

For running meatballs:

0,5 glass flour

Creole seasoning (recipe below)

For Creole seasoning:

2,5 tbsp. paprika

2 tbsp. salt

2 tbsp. garlic powder

1 tbsp. ground black pepper

1 tbsp. onion powder

1 tbsp. Cayenne pepper

1 tbsp. dried greenery oregano

1 tbsp. dried thyme

For frying:

3 tbsp. vegetable oil

For garnish:

1 tbsp. chopped leaf parsley

1 tbsp. chopped oregano leaves

1 long French loaf

3 tbsp. Creole mustard

3 tbsp. mayonnaise

3 slices of Provolone cheese

A moderate amount a large pan and heat over medium heat. Add the vegetable oil and flour (ingredients for the sauce) and stir together. Cook over low heat until Golden brown, then pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Boil 10 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, Parmesan, oregano and chopped onion. If the stuffing turned out watery, add a little more crumbs if on the contrary dry - add a tablespoon of water. Season to taste with salt, pepper. Mix thoroughly and hands sformula small meatballs. In the center of each meatball stick a piece of garlic cloves and roll so that it was not visible.

In shallow dish, combine flour and Creole seasoning for cooking which simply mix all the above ingredients. Obkatayte in this mix meatballs, shake off the excess flour.

In large skillet heat oil, fry the meatballs on all sides until Golden brown, turning with a tablespoon. Remove meatballs, drain on a napkin from excess oil and place in a pan with hot sauce, where the meatballs will need to boil for another 5 minutes. Add the sauce to taste oregano and parsley, if necessary, season with pepper and salt.

Now assemble the dish: cut in half French bread, spread half of the mayonnaise with mustard, top with slices of Provolone cheese. Optionally, you can add fresh shredded cabbage, tomato slices, green salad. Next put the meatballs dish and pour the sauce in which they were preparing. Additionally you can apply for French fries.
