300 g pulp beef

1 glass sour cream

100 g boiled rice

50 g butter

? onions

2 tbsp. water

2 tbsp. vegetable oil

2 tbsp. wheat flour

salt

Chop the onion into cubes, fry in vegetable oil.

Cut the beef slices, mince, add the rice, water and onion, add salt, stir.

Cut the meat into meatballs (3 per serving).

Breaded meatballs in flour and fry until Golden brown in butter and put in a saucepan. Pour the sauce with the addition of water, simmer for 10 minutes

Before serving, pour over the meatballs with the sauce in which they were stewed. As a side dish will suit boiled vegetables.
