Meatballs in Sri Lankan
250 g minced lamb
0.5 teaspoon ground pepper
0.5 teaspoon chilli powder
2 tablespoons of white vinegar
450 g mashed potatoes
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 pod green chilli
2 eggs, beaten
8 tablespoons breadcrumbs
oil for frying
Salt to taste

Season with chopped lamb with salt, pepper, chili powder and vinegar, mix well. Leave the stuffing for 30 minutes. During this time, chop the onion, garlic, green chilli.
