500 g lamb

7 tubers Potato

2-3 head onions

1.5 tablespoons fat

1 tsp salt

3/4 tsp red pepper

Cut the meat into cubes by small, onion peel and coarsely chop.

Put the onions with the meat in a pan, fry, salt and pepper red pepper, pour the water so that it completely covers the meat until half extinguished.

Potatoes are washed, peeled, cut into cubes, put on top of the meat, pour more hot water, put all until tender.

When the meat in Czech "Bohemian" is ready, the liquid should be about half the original volume.
