Beer soup "Old Bohemian"

250 g cream

60 g sugar

50 g butter
Which oil to choose? we'll show

2 slices of bread

4 egg yolks

a pinch of cumin seeds

1 l light beer

salt

Cut the bread into cubes, combine beer, caraway seeds, butter and sugar, permeshat, add salt and bring to a boil, remove the foam.

Mix the egg yolks with the cream, add to the soup and warm.
