Beer soup "Gramatka" ("Faramushka") in Polish
1 l light beer
120 g crumb
50-80 g sugar
1 tablespoons butter

1 tsp cumin
salt
Pour beer into an enamel container, put breadcrumbs (use to be gray or rye bread), bring to a boil, put the cumin, sugar, salt and butter, once again bring to a boil.
Wipe the soup through a sieve or blender to grind and dilute soup beer "Gramatka" ("Faramushka") in Polish 500ml boiling water and serve immediately with croutons.
