Beer soup in Dutch

2 glass beer

0,5 glass dry red wine

4 egg yolk

2 slices of rye bread

1 tbsp. sugar

1 tsp. butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show

? tsp. ground nutmeg

Combine beer with wine, bring to a boil.

RUB the butter with sugar and egg yolks, pour the mixture into the soup in a thin stream, stirring constantly.

Dry the bread in the oven, grate, combine with nutmeg, at the end of cooking add the mixture to the beer soup.

Before serving, decorate beer soup in Dutch chopped greens.
