Cabbage soup with beer
200 g cabbage
1 glass light beer
3 Art. l. butter

2 Art. l. cream
1 Art. l. wheat flour
2 bouillon cubes
3 glass water
ground black pepper
salt
Shred cabbage and fry it in oil with constant stirring.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water, pour broth cabbage and cook until done.
Fry the flour and combine it with cream, pour the mixture in a thin stream into the soup, stirring constantly, add the beer, pepper and salt.
Sprinkle soup with chopped herbs before serving.
