How to cook beer soup with meat. Combine beer and 1.5 liters of water, add salt, bring to boil, reduce heat and 30min then. Sculpt from beef meatballs, boiled in water or beet broth, ready to put the meatballs in the soup, immediately serve.
The fourth recipe: Beer soup with cabbage and cream
You will need: 600g white cabbage, 2 boullion cubes and a Cup of water, 1 Cup beer 3 tbsp butter melted, 2 tbsp cream, 1 tbsp. flour, black pepper, salt.

Recipe five: Beer soup in Warsaw
You will need: 1 liter of lager beer, 250g sour cream, 200g flour, 70g white bread, 20g of butter and cheese, 3 egg yolks.
How to cook beer soup in Warsaw. The flour mix with sour cream, egg yolks and melted unheated oil. This mixture is mixed with a slightly warm beer, quickly bring to a boil, immediately remove from heat, allow 5 minutes to stand up, put toast made with white bread, sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.
