Beer soup "Polish"

1 l beer

200 g sugar

5 buds carnations

4 egg yolk

cinnamon

Beer pour into a saucepan, add the spices, bring to a boil.

Drain boiled beer, again pour into a pot, turn on low heat so that it does not cool.

RUB with sugar yolks, gradually pour hot beer, letting the mixture to thicken.

Serve beer soup "Polish" hot with croutons.
