This unusual, delicious soup is one of the most popular dishes of Czech cuisine.

Butter put in a large pot, melt, add flour, 5 min to overcook it in oil, then pour beer, good stir so that no lumps.

Bring mixture to a boil, add the spices, nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger, reduce heat plate, boil the soup for 20-30 minutes

Later in soup served with ginger and light beer infused cream, soup is warming up for another 5-10 minutes and served to the table.
