Beer soup American
200 g rye bread
1 tbsp. grated lemon zest
1 tbsp. sugar
? glass water
2 glass dark beer
Cut off the crusts of bread and finely chop the flesh, fill it with beer and leave for 3 hours.
Bring beer bread to the boil, add the sugar and zest, cook for 5 minutes
Chop the beer mixture into the blender and bring to a boil.
To make beer soup cream before serving.
