Cabbage-onion soup lean
1 l water
500 g cabbage
100 ml vegetable oil
10 heads of onions
4-5 black peppercorns
1 carrot
1 bay leaves
3 Art. l. flour

Clear, chop the onion into small cubes, chop the cabbage into thin strips, peel and rub on a coarse grater carrots.
Pour into the pan with a thick bottom portion of the oil, saute the onion, stirring occasionally, until transparent, add water, bring to a boil, put the cabbage, once again bring to a boil, put the carrots and bay leaf, salt the and pepper to taste, bring to a boil again, until ready to boil over low heat, covered - about another 15 minutes.
2 tbsp vegetable oil to fry the flour, stirring occasionally, until the smell of roasted nuts, then add the mixture to the soup, stir and bring to a boil again, remove from heat.
Before serving, cabbage, onion soup lean sprinkle with dill and season each portion of thick juice cup lemon.
