Light soup with potatoes and NAPA cabbage
6 glass chicken/vegetable broth
3 average tuber
2-3 glass chopped cabbage
1 large carrots
1 medium onions
2-3 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. butter

Bring the broth to a boil.
Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into cubes, rinse in water to remove excess starch.
Wash, peel carrots, cut into strips, chop onion, saut the onion and carrots to the mixture of butter and vegetable oil over medium heat until Golden.
Put into boiling broth, potatoes, boil until soft, add the carrots, onion, Chinese cabbage, parsley to taste, spices, salt, boil for 5-7 minutes
Serve soup with potatoes and NAPA cabbage, garnished with olives, herbs, or lemon slice.
