Potato casserole with fish
Ingredients:
600 g potato
320 g fillets salted trout
50 g butter
1 onions - head
1/2 glass Mayonnaise - 1
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show
1/2 h. l. ground nutmeg
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Boil peeled potatoes, rub hot, season with butter, salt, pepper.
Onions cut into rings, saut in butter.
Part of the potato mass lay out a form greased with vegetable oil, lay on top of fillets, cut into slices, onion, sprinkle with nutmeg, lubricate part of mayonnaise.
Spread the remaining potato mixture so as to obtain a flower.
Bake 30 minutes at 200C.
When submitting a casserole, cut into portions and complete greenery.
