Casserole Italian
Ingredients:
1 kg potato
200 g hard cheese
1 glass thick cream
2 Art. l. butter
ground red pepper, salt to taste
Grate cheese.
Potatoes cut into slices.
In the hot cream, add salt, pepper and warm the mixture, without bringing it to a boil.
In a greased form put a layer of potatoes, sprinkle with cheese, then again a layer of potatoes and cheese, pour the cream and bake until golden brown.
When submitting a casserole out onto a plate, pour the tomato sauce and complete with greenery.
