Casserole with herring
Ingredients:
1 kg potatoes
8 PCs smoked herring
1 glass milk
what kind of milk should I choose? we'll show
1 tbsp. parsley chopped
1 glass chervil chopped - .spoon
50 g butter
ground black pepper , salt to taste
The potatoes will cook steamed until cooked, wipe hot, add the milk, parsley, salt, pepper and mix.
In the form, greased with butter, put in layers, alternating, potato mixture and herring fillets, the top should be a layer of potatoes, sprinkle with butter and bake until tender.
Serve the casserole with tomato sauce.
