The herring-Baltiisky
800 g herring fillet
125 g wheat flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show
4 tbsp. chopped parsley
2-3 tbsp. butter or margarine
black pepper
salt
Herring put on a large flat dish up pulp, pepper and salt, sprinkle the fish with chopped parsley, fillets so that it took the form of a whole carcass of the fish.
Combine 1 tsp. of salt and flour, breaded fish.
The baking pan greased with butter, put the herring in one layer and bake at a temperature of 240 degrees for 10 minutes, flip and bake another 10 minutes
Before submitting the herring-Baltiisky served pickles and mashed potatoes.
