Herring fried in breadcrumbs
1 kg fresh herring
80 g breadcrumbs
60-80 g vegetable oil
40 g flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
2 eggs
1 lemon
salt
Prepare fish along the spine cut into 2 parts, leave for 1 hour, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Season with salt and roll the fish in flour, mixed with beaten eggs and breadcrumbs, hands how to squeeze batter for fish pieces.
Fish fry on both sides in hot oil.
